►Do not use nylon sponge whilst cleaning Bonethane™.
This warranty will be void if any of the information stated on the product sheets is
not strictly followed.
►The use of abrasive tools and cleaners is not recommended, warm soapy water is the best method for cleaning.
►Do not use abrasive cleaners, scourers or scouring compounds, window cleaners, acetone, toluene chloroform, xylene, amyl acetate, dichloromethane, butyl alcohol, butyl acetate, cellusolve, giacial acetate acid, cresols/phenols ,halogenated solvents, Ketone (pvc glue) ethylacetate, chlorinated solvents, Sulphuric acid, MEK methyl alcohol and bleach. Do not apply thinners to Bonethane™. Do not use any Silicone based products.
►When cutting Bonethane™ keep masking on the face of the sheet. This protects the Bonethane™ face from being injured. Masking should be peeled off after final installation (bonethane is in upright position mounted to the wall by clear non acidic silicone). PARFIX ALL PURPOSE IN CLEAR, non acidic.
►If you buy two sheets of the same colour from different stores for example, peel corner of masking a couple of centimetres to ensure colour consistency before installation. If multiple sheets are ordered of the same colour batch, this will not be necessary. If a variation is noted please call 0297562880 with proof of purchase from recognised distributor and we will promptly send out new sheets and pick up variations. Please note all masking must remain intact, except for the couple cm corners which allows for colour view.
► If ordering more than one sheet of the same colour it is advised to order of the same colour batch. This is to accommodate the colour variation ageing process. ISPS is not responsible for any inconsistencies due to aging of the sheet or variation in the sheet. All colours have a settling stage and colours beyond our control can vary slightly.
►Do not place directly against or on exposed flames or extreme heat expelled elements.
►Do not leave very hot items i.e. hot pans, hot jugs leaning against Bonethane™. This could damage or mark the product.
►Do not place Bonethane™ on a direct flame, heat element or anything of constant extreme heat. A minimum distance of 20 cm is required. Anything closer requires a stainless steel, glass or mosaic strip to sit behind cook top the width and height of extreme heat expelled area. ► Bonethane™ must sit up right against a wall, minimum of 8 cm to 10 cm from any heat expelled appliances, ie electric kettle for extreme heat (hot plate) a distance of 20cm, anything closer requires a stainless steel, glass or mosaic strip covering the width and height of extreme heat expelled area, as above.
►Items of extreme heat nature must not touch or be placed too close to Bonethane™. Do not butt up stove tops to Bonethane™.
► Use a polishing compound that can polish plastic or brass. The use of a fine grade non silicone car polish with no cleaning agents will also achieve great results.
►To clean: Use a warm soapy (detergent) sponge in a circular motion. Do not use scourer sponge to wash Bonethane.
►To rinse: Emerge a soft towelling cloth into clean warm water & squeeze excess water. wipe lather off in downward motions; repeat second or third time, removing excess lather.
►To Dry: DO NOT POLISH. Bonethane™ will dry with shine, providing the excess water becomes minimal, ridding oily or soapy residues, when rinsing & wiping down with warm damp towelling cloth, allowing to dry with shine.
Cutting Warranty Guidelines
► When cutting Bonethane™ keep masking on the face of the sheet. This protects the Bonethane™ face from being injured. Masking should be peeled off after final installation (ensure bonethane is secure upright position mounted to wall by clear non acidic silicone). Apply silicone to seal Bonethane edges once satisfied with mounted position on wall and colour consistency.
Bonethane™ Premium sheets can be easily cut by using the most standard fabricating equipment. It is advised that when cutting Bonethane™ to keep masking on the face of the sheet. This protects the Bonethane™ face from being injured. If you are using cordless equipment ensure batteries are fully charged and blades are suitable and sharp for cutting.
Batteries not fully charged will result in loss of momentum, which can pull up the product. creating a danger which can result in the product flicking up at you.
Bonethane™ GN & UV sheets must be cut with sharp plastic cutting tools because of the lower heat rating. Sharp Plastic cutting tools are recommended and advised as a part of GN and UV warranty . For more information please contact 0297562880
► Bonethane ™ Premium sheets can be easily cut by using the most standard fabricating equipment. It is advised, when cutting Bonethane™ to keep masking on the face of the sheet. This protects the Bonethane™ face from being injured. If you are using cordless equipment ensure batteries are fully charged and blades are reflective of the grade of Bonethane™ & suitable and sharp for cutting. Batteries not fully charged will result in loss of momentum, which can pull up the product creating a danger which can result in the product flicking up at you. Bonethane must be secure before cutting. When cutting Bonethane we recommend stainless steel cutter. Use plastic blades as an alternative. Bonethane premium is very easy to cut. When cutting Bonethane GN or Bonethane UV grade use sharp plastic or stainless steel blade.
Structural Warranty
Bonethane offers a 7 year structural warranty. Bonethane UV has a 10 year UV Warranty.

Clear non acidic silicone should only be used on the back of Bonethane for mounting onto the wall (in clear) or when sealing edges (in your nominated colour choice) ensuring that the silicone product in non acidic (kitchen or bathroom grade silicone.) Preferred Silicone is Parfix All Purpose neutral cure in clear. STRICTLY Do not use thinners or abrasive cleaning products to remove stains or clean Bonethane.
► Items of extreme heat nature must not touch or be placed onto Bonethane™. Do not butt up stove tops to Bonethane™.
► Use a polishing compound that can polish plastic or brass or a fine grade non silicone car polish with no cleaning agents.
► In the rare event of any faults please contact our office on 029752880 where your concern will be addressed promptly. Bonethane will be replaced providing you have proof of purchase from a recognised distributor and the original item is sent back to ISPS. Replacement of items will be provided by ISPS if deemed a manufacturing glitch. We will reimburse cost of freight if product is deemed faulty. We will also replace the product once quality checks have been addressed. If a new product has been issued for replacement, the title of goods on the faulty stock, remain the property of ISPS and must be sent back to ISPS. If there is no fault in the product and the product has suffered damage as a result of poor handling by you, the title of the replacement stock will remain the title of ISPS and original stock will be sent back at your cost. Any freight charges damages to replacement stock will be at your cost.
Delivery of products and breakages
► All glass and other product must me checked apon receipt. Any damages must be reported immediately. ISPS will not be responsible for any breakages that are claimed after 24 hours of receipt of goods. On receipt of goods please check for breakages and contact our office or sms 0424 468 039 if breakage has occured.
